SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our hats are shipped through U.S.P.S. First Class and /or Priority mail. Delivery times will strictly depends on the day the purchase was made. First Class Mail takes between 3-5 business days. Priority Mail takes from 1-3 business days. If you placed your order during the weekend, your order will be shipped on the next available business day,(based on the USPS Business Hours Schedule). We take great care in packaging your hat to ensure that no damage occurs during the shipping process.
Customers have 3 days to request a return of refund. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is easy for you to return it for a refund or a replacement. Hats that have been damaged or that have obviously been worn will not be refunded or replaced. Hats with manufacturing defects will be refunded or replaced. (We reserved the right to do so). Our trained staff evaluate each and every one of our hats before making it available to the public, to ensure that they meet our standards of quality and also to the requirements of the industry.
To return or replace your hat, you need to send us a picture of your hat within three days of you receiving it. The picture can be sent to or you can call us for a phone number that you can text message the picture to. You also need to contact us through email to request a return or a replacement and inform us as to your reason why. Once your request for a return or replacement is processed, we will pay the shipping fee if we conclude that the problem was our fault. If we do not conclude that the problem was our fault, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee.
If you receive a damaged box in the mail, you can reject it, or you can evaluate the hat in front of the mail carrier and then reject it if it is damaged. We will file a claim with the delivery company if this occurs, therefore we need to be informed about the incident as soon as possible. Sending us a picture of the box will help with the filling process.
Once your return is received, a refund or replacement will be processed within two to three days and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
NOTE: All returned hats need to be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be new and unworn unless they were damaged by the delivery company.
